Rezumat: Legea nr. 282/2005 privind organizarea activității de transfuzie sanguină, donarea de sânge și componente sanguine de origine umană, precum și asigurarea calității și securității sanitare, în vederea utilizării lor terapeutice, republicată, reprezintă cadrul legal privind activitatea de transfuzie sanguină, donarea de sânge și componente sanguine de origine umană.

Abstract: The crimes provided by the Law No 282/2005 on blood transfusion activity form a domain hardly explored by the Romanian doctrine of criminal law. However it can be seen in the recent judicial practice. For that reason, the author analyses one of the crimes that are found in the reference law from the perspective of the constitutive elements and the connection with other crimes.
