Abstract: The author analyses the issue of juvenile liability in various European countries.

The analysis includes author’s commentary on adapting Romanian legislation to European regulations, on the systems (traditional/penal law and non-criminal) followed by different law systems in the field of juvenile delinquency, on afferent French, German, Belgian and Spanish legislation, considering the national and European justice.

Concluding, the author presents brief explanations regarding Preliminary Chamber Judge’s resolutions included.
