Abstract: The complexity of the relationship between Artificial Intelligence and the emergence of new forms of criminal behavior is taking shape more and more today. The adequate protection, which takes the form of a well-defined, comprehensive legislative framework, is the only one that guarantees respect for fundamental rights and freedoms, which is the key to living together in harmony with Artificial Intelligence.
