Abstract: The legal content of the offence of abuse of office, provided for in art. 297 paragraph (1) of the
Criminal Code has a very general nature (also maintained to a certain extent after the amendment
made through the GEO no. 13/2017), so that all offences committed in breach of the job duties may
come under it, in the case of occurrence of the consequences laid down in the criminalization rule, no
