Abstract: Resolution of criminal proceedings requires the use of the most advanced methods and technical and scientific means, therefore the judicial bodies have the professional and deontological obligation to use correctly the scientific methods of investigation of criminal deeds, to assess and make full use of the results of forensic examinations.
