Abstract: In an effort to define the term “artificial intelligence” in a proper way, it is necessary to consider a series of philosophical, sociological, political, psychological, and legal determinations of the term. Abstract: The present paper presents the key issues of lobbying with pointing on similarities and dissimilarities in comparison to corruption.
