Abstract: This study is meant to analyse from a comparative perspective with regard to the system of the European arrest warrant, the procedure for issuing and executing the arrest warrant under the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community, of the one part, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, on the other part (entitled „The Trade and Cooperation Agreement”), which has been applied provisionally since 1 January 2021.
