Rezumat: Prezenta sinteză de drept comparat propune analiza cadrului legislativ din Franța, Statele Unite ale Americii, Belgia și Regatul Unit al Marii Britanii privitor la prevenirea și combaterea cyberbullying, în scopul identificării unor soluții ce pot sta la baza diminuării fenomenului. Totodată, studiul prezintă și analizează aspecte jurisprudențiale din statele amintite, având scopul de a identifica profundele implicații pe care la presupune aceste fenomen, cu precădere în rândul copiilor și adolescenților. Abstract: As early as the 1970s, alternative measures to imprisonment began to be considered at EU level.
