Rezumat: În activitatea curentă a organelor de urmărire penală se întâlnesc din ce în ce mai frecvent cauze penale care au ca obiect sesizări ale inculpaților/condamnaților împotriva martorilor care fuseseră audiați cu identitate protejată în procesele penale care-i vizau pe primii, solicitând cercetarea lor pentru săvârșirea unor presupuse infracțiuni de mărturie mincinoasă.
