Rezumat realizat de redacție: Pornind de la definiţia cyberbullyingului, articolul prezintă şi analizează formele de comportament ale cyberbullyingului, motivaţia cyberbullerului, aspecte referitoare la victimele cyberbullyingului şi principalele mijloace şi metode de cyberbullying. De asemenea, articolul prezintă şi analizează rezultatele unor studii criminologice în domeniul cyberbullyingului, cât şi câteva aspecte referitoare la incriminarea acestui comportament ilegal.

Some comments on the investigation of the cyberbullying phenomenon
Abstract: Starting from the definition of cyberbullying, the article presents and analyzes the forms of behaviour of cyberbullying, the motivation of the cyberbuller, aspects regarding the victims of cyberbullying and the main means and methods of cyberbullying. The article also presents and analyzes the results of criminological studies in the field of cyberbullying, as well as some aspects related to the criminalization of this illegal behaviour.
