Rezumat: Noile realități de tip constituțional, transformările sociale și politice intervenite în perioada 2003-2015, au impus demersul unei noi revizuiri a Constituției României adoptate în 1991. Pentru aceasta, Guvernul a instituit o comisie formată din membri ai Camerei Deputaților și ai Senatului, sprijinită în activitatea sa și de specialiști în drept constituțional.
