Rezumat: În aplicarea dispozițiilor art. 94 alin. (1) și (2) C.p.p.[1] se pune problema respectării, într-o anumită situația particulară, de către autoritățile judiciare, a dreptului părților/subiecților procesuali principali la consultarea dosarului în care sunt implicați.
