Abstract: The injured person, as a participant in the criminal proceedings, assists as a main procedural
subject, but if this is a child, the situation becomes more delicate. Thus, this paper proposes an
analysis of how children are treated if they are victims of a crime. The establishment of specific
procedures, which will help to achieve the ideal of justice, at least similar to the criminal procedure in
cases involving juvenile offenders, is one of the proposals de lege ferenda, which will be treated in this
study.
