Abstract: This paper sets out the principles governing DPP and aims to answer the question whether the
principle of indivisibility (unity) of the Public Ministry is outdated, given that in a case arrived
before the Court Sibiu, at the stage of preliminary chamber, there was held the problem whether it is
admisible or not for a prosecutor to make acts of disposition regarding the indictment of another
prosecutor and if the first prosecutor of the Prosecutor´s Office doesn´t have to confirm the
maintenence of the arraignment.
