Abstract: The author analyses the issue of revising Preliminary Chamber Judge’s resolutions on complaints against orders to drop charges, according to Criminal Procedure Code of Romania (art. 341, „Judgment on the complaint by the Preliminary Chamber Judge”).
The analysis includes author’s commentary on the appropriate judicial body dealing with the revision request, on the subsequent decision and on the decision’s susceptibility to ordinary appeal.
Concluding, the author presents his opinion on the issue, brief explanations regarding Preliminary Chamber Judge’s resolutions included.
