Legal considerations on the notion of “psychoactive substances” and the legal consequences generated by the definition of this term
Abstract: The author aims to identify in the article the legal consequences generated by the definition of the terms psychoactive substances, substances likely to have psychoactive effects and drugs, in special laws and also those legal consequences generated by the different legal nature of control over them, respectively international control and national control.
