Digitization in the judiciary
Abstract: Without claiming to exhaust the vast and controversial subject of the cohabitation between artificial intelligence and the administration of justice in judicial systems attached to the observance of fundamental rights and freedoms, this editorial points out at least some of the main aspects of the issue.
