Means of proof derived from the use of internet services
Abstract: In the article, the author addresses the following issues:
- The path to be followed by the judicial bodies in order to obtain the direct e-mail communications from the legal entities hosting the domains. The usefulness of obtaining.
- The usefulness of obtaining from the banking institutions the data on IP addresses from which banking operations were performed via internet banking applications, as well as the manner to obtain such data.
