Considerations regarding the ordering date of the pre-trial detention in the criminal investigation phase
Abstract: The article addresses a question of recent law referring to the date from which the period for which preventive detention is to be issued is started. In this context, the reasoning that the term flows from the date on which the proposal for the preventive detention measure is resolved and not from the expiry date of the preventive measure of detention is presented, when it expires the following day.
