Aspects of unconstitutionality of the crime of family abandonment sanctioned in the version provided by art. 305 para. (1) lit. c) of the Criminal Code
Abstract: The author highlights the unequal legal treatment between the, respectively, creditors and debtors of the same maintenance obligation, due to the current regulation of the crime of family abandonment, in the variant provided by art. 378 para. 1 letter c) of the Criminal Code of Romania.
