Victim protection. A non romance radiography. The need for a recovery plan
Abstract: From the perspective of protecting the victims of crime, in order to become efficient, the prosecutor’s office system must take into account the following coordinates: training, specialization, awareness, material endowment, active role, cooperation, multidisciplinarity. The article proposes a set of short-term actions and measures in order to fulfill the role of the Public Ministry in terms of the victim protection.
