Abstract: Law is a prestigious legal profession whose competence ensures a balance in the Romanian judicial system. The exercise and competences of the lawyer are regulated by our own legislation in which we find the disciplinary and patrimonial liability, and for the criminal liability will be applicable the provisions of the Criminal Code and the special Laws on the matter.
