Abstract: One of the crimes that directly threatens the veracity of the authenticity of evidence in a civil and/or criminal trial is the falsification of evidence. It finds its normative seat of incrimination in the body of the chapter with the generic name Crimes against justice from the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova. Whereas in some criminal laws of other states, the dislocation of crimes subject to investigation can be found variable in the content of several legal norms, which provide for various types of sanctioning system. Criminal liability for the crime of falsification of evidence is applied in a differentiated and multiple way, which differs from one state to another. In the scientific approach Titular Dislocation of criminal liability for crimes of falsification of evidence in criminal laws abroad, we propose as a primary goal, the analysis of the composition of crimes of falsification of evidence in other states, including with reference to final proposals for modernization and completion of the framework. normative autochthonous.
