Methods of exercising the surveillance of criminal prosecution
Abstract: As regards the „Methods of exercising supervision of criminal prosecution”, the new Criminal Procedure Code partially took over the provisions of the previous Criminal Procedure Code (since 1969). The authors analyze the above mentioned institution, also presenting some personal opinions.
