Rezumat: Schimbarea filozofiei conceptelor în dreptul penal din România a generat foarte multe cazuri de inconsistențe legislative. Acest articol va analiza corelațiile existente între consecințele amânării aplicării pedepsei, infracțiunea constând în conducerea sub influența băuturilor alcoolice și măsurile administrative dispuse de autorități pentru a asigura o suspendare proporțională a exercitării dreptului de a conduce anumite vehicule.

Postponement of penalty enforcement. A practical case of arbitrary administrative measures generated by legislative inconsistencies
Abstract: The changed philosophy of concepts in the Romanian Criminal Law generated a lot of cases of legislative inconsistencies. This article will analyze the correlations between the postponement of penalty enforcement consequences, the crime of driving under the influence and the administrative measures undertaken by the authorities in order to ensure a proportionate suspension of the right to drive certain vehicles.
