Abstract: The authors analyze one of the current issues of applying the execution of the technical surveillance mandates: the possibility of the prosecutors within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Local Courts, Tribunals, and Courts of Appeal to order the execution of the technical surveillance mandates by the officers or agents of the judiciary police within the Technical Service of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice.
