Abstract: The author carries out a case study on the replacement of the preventive measure of judicial control with that of the preventive arrest, in the case of a minor defendant, under the provisions of art. 215 par. (7) of the new Criminal Procedure Code, under the circumstances that he was arrested in the same case.
