Abstract: The alert rhythm in which the contemporary world turns into an “informational” marks all the fields of society. In this context, judicial proceedings cannot stand aside from technology involvement. An equally interesting and topical aspect concerns the use of videoconference in criminal proceedings.
The author analyzes the issues of videoconference, highlighting valuable ideas in the field.
