Abstract: The author presents some theoretical and practical aspects regarding the offense provided in art. 10 lett. b) of Law no. 78/2000 on the prevention, detection and sanctioning of corruption acts, as subsequently amended and supplemented, trying to clarify the notions of “grant” and “compensation”.
