Rezumat realizat de redactie: Prezentul articol analizează marile sisteme procesuale penale ale omenirii și influența pe care acestea au avut-o aspura lumii și asupra sistemului procesual penal român. Caracteristicile definitorii sunt prezentate treptat alături de o scurtă istorie a evoluției acestora.
